The Diaspora Magazine – ISSUE 01
The Diaspora is a magazine launched out of the need to make a clarion call for Africans to embrace their heritage even in a foreign land. The society is becoming more complex and with it comes the need for awareness.
There is a need for an African-based magazine since they are a limited commodity, especially in the diaspora.
The Diaspora magazine focuses most parts of its content on the achievements of Africans and the black community at large to remind us that we are a beautiful race enriched with intelligence, beauty, focus and should be a positive force to be reckoned in the global community.
INSIDE DIASPORA MAGAZINE
The Diaspora Magazine was pleased to conduct an exclusive interview with Dr. Ekeh – “The Bay Area Philosophy”. The interview was informative as it shows the People get by giving, you cannot give to the world more than the world can give you. “The more that I have blessed others the more I have been blessed. If people get poorer or file for bankruptcy because they gives, I would have filed for bankruptcy. But year after year, I realized that when you give you are blessed with more”. Chief, Dr., Innocent Ekeh
Giving is not a function of having, giving is a function of sharing – if you will not share $10, you will not share $1,000 .
When you give or donate, it doesn’t mean that you have excess. It doesn’t mean that you have it abundant or you have accomplished your goals and solved all your problems.
Sharing God’s love with the poor and underprivileged around the world through medicine and service.
