Q. What inspir ed you to r un this suppor t center for special needs children?
As a Kid I was diagnosed with Iridocorneal Endothelial Syndrome (ICE). My cornea was said to be damaged and needed an urgent transplant abroad. I wrote to numerous entities for support but none came to my aid.
I continued my education with a damaged and hurting eye, when I graduated in 2008, I relocated to U.S through the help of my sister and her husband. Thanks to the United State government in 2015 I was awarded health insurance. From my hospital bed in 2016, I asked God to use me to be a humanitarian and an advocate for all kids with special needs in Africa. Since then, the fight was on.

Q. How would you describe your personal mission?
My personal mission to caring for kids with special needs as a humanitarian and advocate is to improve the quality of childcare by initiating and strengthening their health, safety, and well being. I will also encourage kids with special needs to be in a safe, conducive, and supportive environment through education, therapeutic intervention, and community acceptance.

Q. What are the three words that best describe you and why?
I will sincerely go for Honesty/Integrity, Love, and caring. Those kids are all innocent and if we have to be an agent of change in their lives, we must show honesty by doing things that are not morally wrong. W e must show love; care, emotional attachment, and empathy towards their condition.
